Counseling works best when you feel safe, understood, and able to trust the process. As someone who once doubted therapy myself, growing up in a community that rarely talked about anxiety or depression, I know how important it is to find the right fit.
My goal is to create a space where you can be heard, challenged, and supported without judgment. I encourage you to explore, ask questions, and meet with as many therapists as you need until you feel that genuine connection.
